Anodized aluminum sheet is aluminum that has been electrochemically treated in a sulfuric acid bath to form a hard, uniform aluminum-oxide (Al₂O₃) layer on the surface. The result is a sheet that is harder, more corrosion-resistant and more color-stable than bare aluminum — with a premium, uniform finish on both aesthetics and performance
building cladding & curtain walls, signage & nameplates, electronics housings, LED lamp bodies, kitchen appliances, automotive trim, laser-engraving substrates.

Anodized mirror aluminum sheet starts as a bright-polished aluminum coil, then receives an anodic oxide layer that protects the reflective surface without dulling it. It delivers mirror-like light reflection with low diffuse reflectance, keeping its brightness and corrosion resistance for years of indoor or outdoor service.
LED lighting reflectors, solar collectors & concentrators, escalator and elevator panels, retail displays, cosmetics packaging, signage, automotive trims.

An aluminum cliché plate is a precision, ultra-flat aluminum blank used as the plate in pad printin
pad printing machines (open tray & sealed ink cup), laser engraving, flexographic plate mounting, nameplates and signage blanks.

Tolerance, film-thickness and color samples are verified before shipment. Contact our sales team for a specification sheet matched to your application.
Every sheet follows the same controlled line: clean surface, uniform oxide growth, consistent color and a sealed, durable finish.
Degreasing, alkali etching and desmutting create a clean, uniform surface for even oxide growth.
Sulfuric-acid anodizing grows a hard oxide layer (5–25 μm) bonded into the aluminum surface.
Electrolytic or dip coloring achieves stable silver, gold, bronze, black and custom tones.
Hot-water or nickel sealing closes the pores for long-term corrosion and abrasion resistance.
Film thickness, color, flatness and dimension checks, then protective film and seaworthy packing.

Read moreAnodized aluminum is aluminum that has been treated in an electrochemical bath to grow a hard aluminum-oxide layer on its surface. This layer improves corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and color stability, and it accepts stable decorative colors such as silver, gold, bronze and black.
Standard colors include natural silver, champagne, gold, bronze, black, red, blue and green. Finishes range from matte and brushed to satin and mirror. Custom RAL colors can be matched against a physical sample.
Yes. Samples are available before mass production. Please contact our sales team with your alloy, size and color requirements so we can prepare matching samples.
For standard sizes and colors, lead time is typically 7–15 days after order confirmation; custom colors, alloys or cutting may take longer. Exact lead time is confirmed at quotation.
MOQ depends on alloy, thickness, size and finish. Trial orders and smaller quantities are generally welcome — send your specification for a confirmed MOQ.
Sheets are surface-protected with film, bundled on wooden pallets or packed in wooden crates, and secured for sea or air freight according to export standards.
Send us your alloy, size, thickness, color and quantity — our sales team replies within one business day with pricing, lead time and samples.
